One Day Workshop: Keys to connection FOR MEN

A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY!

Horses always mirror our inner and outer behavior precisely.
Understood in the right way, this is an incredible opportunity for us.

An Experiential Workshop with Horses

This 0ne-day workshop is a personal growth workshop for men wanting to develop a more resilient response to emotional, physical, and relational stress in their lives. Research has shown that close, supportive social networks, intimate connections and mindful living are predictive of multiple quality of life indicators, such as health and longevity. In our society these aspects have been traditionally down-played in the emotional development of men.

This workshop will introduce you to ‘keys to connection,’ which have been scientifically validated as the foundations of mind-body health and wellbeing.

Reveal challenges and solutions that are directly transferable to everyday life.
