Join us for a unique experience of slowing down, to ‘horse-time’; pausing with nature; and coming home to breath. Activities may include guided sitting meditation, light stretching/yoga, mindfulness walking, and expressive arts. No horse experience or mindfulness experience is necessary. Safety around horses will be discussed and there will be No horseback riding. This group is suitable for adults.

Recommended to wear long pants due to bugs – we do have organic fly spray.
Wear sturdy close-toed shoes. Bring a hat. Bring a yoga mat or small blanket for sitting on the grass. We do have chairs.
Brigette Potgieter, LCSW Brigette is a clinical social worker and certified equine assisted therapy practitioner. She has 25+years experience providing social-emotional therapeutic services to people of all ages. Brigette is the founder of Philly Equine Partners and is a faculty member of the ROOTS Institute training program for Inter-species Relational Learning.
